Ar fi ar\u0103tat c\u0103 chiar se pot face programe bune de mas\u0103 \u0219colar\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i c\u0103 nu trebuie s\u0103 st\u0103m doar s\u0103 vorbim din c\u0103r\u021bi sau s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2nem bloca\u021bi ani \u00eentregi \u00een programe-pilot pe dou\u0103-trei \u0219coli.<\/p><p>Dar un astfel de program ar \u00eensemna voturi \u00een plus pentru Coliban \u0219i USR PLUS dac\u0103 ar fi bine implementat.
