elimin\u0103 persoanele condamnate penal pentru infrac\u021biuni s\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219ite cu inten\u021bie de pe listele de candida\u021bi la alegerile locale \u0219i parlamentare, <\/span><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cdep.ro\/pls\/proiecte\/upl_pck2015.proiect?idp=19618\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PL-x nr. 535\/2021<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cdep.ro\/pls\/proiecte\/upl_pck2015.proiect?idp=16658\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pl-x nr. 480\/2017<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Nicio persoan\u0103 care a s\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219it infrac\u021biuni cu bun\u0103 \u0219tiin\u021b\u0103 nu poate s\u0103 reprezinte statul rom\u00e2n \u00een calitate de demnitar ales \u0219i nu poate s\u0103 ocupe o func\u021bie la c\u00e2rma unei comunit\u0103\u021bi!<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen calitate de coini\u021biator al legii <\/span><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cdep.ro\/pls\/proiecte\/upl_pck2015.proiect?idp=19618\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PL-x nr. 535\/2021<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> s\u0103 promulga\u021bi c\u00e2t mai repede cu putin\u021b\u0103 cele dou\u0103 legi \u00een discu\u021bie, de preferat \u00eenainte de momentul 30 octombrie, c\u00e2nd vom comemora \u0219apte ani de la marea tragedie din Clubul Colectiv, tragedie cauzat\u0103 de ale\u0219i locali corup\u021bi<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Folosim momentul pentru a da o declara\u021bie clar\u0103 c\u0103 nu mai este tolerabil s\u0103 avem astfel de persoane pe listele de candida\u021bi din partea niciunui partid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:
